- We must recruit the most influential and entrepreneurial students, then envision them for servant leadership -- it's the hope of the world.
- We ensure students are doing servant leadership, not just studying it. This begins during First Serve & continues through Residency.
- By their senior year our grads aren't thinking "What am I going to do with my life?" It's become obvious.
- Healthy & growing organizations are starved for the right kind of leaders.
- Our students are ready and willing to roll up their sleeves and step into the fray of leadership.
- If we have a grad who says they want to serve but cannot find a place, then we seek to resolve that.
- The pipeline of exceptional leadership is drying up. This is on us. What we do and how we do it affects outcomes & drives mission.
- We must ensure the next generation of leaders are ready to go: educated well, spiritually formed, skills ready to deploy for the Kingdom.
- We are not the only ones addressing this issue, but we will do all we can where we are embedded in the Kingdom.
- We pray daily for prospectives, students, and alumni to answer their particular call, their "something more." (John 4:35.)
